Job Responsibilities:

Estandarizar y establecer las actividades Preventivas, Predictivas y Correctivas planeadas de los equipos para su buen funcionamiento. Cumplir las condiciones de operación del equipo productivo de la planta demostrando eficiencia.

Ser capaz de mantener los equipos robóticos en óptimas condiciones para el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma del programa de producción y con esto lograr los objetivos de la organización.

EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA Y/O FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

ESCOLARIDAD/EDUCACIÓN: Carrera técnica o Ingeniería

FORMACIÓN/EXPERIENCIA: Mínima de 5 años en la Industria Automotriz en puesto similar

CONOCIMIENTOS TECNICOS:

Programación Robótica Fanuc/Nachi/Abb.

Reparación de robots 120i, 2000i, 900i.

Reparación de Mig (torch mate, touch sensing) Intermedia

Admón. de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo

Mecánica Intermedia

Electricidad Intermedia a Avanzada. Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos.

Electrónica digital y analógica. Reparación de tarjetas.

Metrología Intermedia

Conocimientos Neumática Intermedia

Conocimientos Hidráulica Intermedia

Conocimientos SLC 500 de Allen-Bradley Intermedia

Conocimientos PLC 5 de Allen-Bradley Intermedia

Software de Mantenimiento
