Description

Como estagiário (a) de análise de dados da área de Clinical Support, seu trabalho será realizar e colaborar com análises de dados, através da extração e realização de relatórios periódicos, identificando oportunidades de melhorias da área de Suporte Clínico e do negócio.

Nesta posição, você irá...

Fazer onboarding e offbording de clientes no Sistema.

Colaborar continuamente com o acompanhamento dos acessos de atendimento do cliente.

Extrair dados do sistema.

Realizar análises.

Suportar o time com análises de dados e relatórios.

Elaboração de Dashboards e relatórios periódicos para visualização de indicadores de negócios através do Excel e Power BI.

Analisar dados visando identificar oportunidades de melhorias.

Contribuir com a democratização de dados, ensinando e compartilhando as melhores práticas.

Elaborar estudos e consultas direto em bancos de dados, utilizando principalmente SQL.

Além disso, colaborar com nossa equipe clínica nas atividades administrativas necessárias, participando e contribuindo com os projetos da área.

Para esta posição, você precisa...

Estar cursando ensino superior em Engenharias, incluindo Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas.

Excel avançado.

Conhecimento intermediário em Power BI.

Conhecimento em SQL será um diferencial.

Intermediário em base de dados.

Inglês intermediário/avançado.

Conhecimento em Salesforce é um diferencial.

Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.

Raciocínio lógico e analític.

Facilidade e criatividade para buscar soluções a problemas do dia a dia e conseguir bons resultados.

Interesse em trabalhar em ambiente dinâmico, se adaptando a constantes mudanças.
