Position: Customer Development Executive
Location: Mato Grosso, BRA
Role Summary
As the Customer Development Executive in Mato Grosso, you will represent the company and drive the commercial relationship with key Distributors and Wholesalers. Your main mission will be to market and develop the 5Ps across our categories to increase sales profitably, distribution levels, and grow market share. You will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and implementing Joint Business Plans (JBP) and promotional activities to drive demand. Additionally, you will manage commercial budgets and ensure perfect in-store execution by working closely with the In Store Team.
Main Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Develop and manage strategic relationships between the company and key Distributors/Wholesalers in the MT region.
Commercial Strategy: Implement the company's commercial strategies, ensuring the flawless execution of the 5Ps tailored to each retail environment.
Commercial Goals: Achieve territory sales objectives (Sell-In/Sell-Out).
Business Routines: Lead proactive communication with clients, participate in Top-to-Top meetings, negotiate promotional grids, and monitor JBP progress.
Financial Control: Manage customer-specific promotional spends, commercial investments, and ensure compliance with our policies.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage customer inventory levels, ensuring the correct Days on Hand (DOH).
Store Visits: Conduct frequent trade visits to identify store-level opportunities and ensure alignment with execution guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Professional Experience: Proven experience in Sales or Commercial roles within the Indirect Channel (Distributors/Wholesalers).
Tools: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Brazil.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with market analysis and supply tools (Scantech, Nielsen, or Neogrid).
Strong track record of JBP implementation and budget management.
