We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Dining & Transportation to lead end-to-end workplace dining operations, transport management, hospitality services, and vendor governance across corporate facilities. The role requires strong expertise in food & beverage operations, transportation logistics, employee experience, compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong operational leadership capabilities with proven experience in managing large-scale cafeteria operations, corporate dining, food safety compliance, transport services, and workplace hospitality. The individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery while optimizing cost, quality, and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Dining Operations & Workplace Hospitality

Manage end-to-end dining operations including cafeterias, pantries, lounges, breakout areas, meeting rooms, and executive dining services

Ensure smooth functioning of food services with focus on hygiene, food quality, service standards, and employee satisfaction

Drive food safety compliance including FSSAI, ISO standards, hygiene audits, and regulatory requirements

Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, operational checklists, and quality benchmarks

Monitor menu planning, food quality, nutritional balance, and innovative dining concepts

Ensure smooth execution of VIP catering, leadership events, conferences, and special corporate events

Drive customer satisfaction through feedback analysis, service audits, and improvement initiatives

Implement initiatives to reduce food wastage and improve operational efficiency

Transportation Management

Manage Ground Transportation services including bus, cabs night operations etc.

Manage daily transport schedules, route optimization, vehicle utilization, and service quality

Ensure timely transport availability for employees, leadership, and business-critical events

Monitor transport MIS, vendor performance, compliance records, and operational dashboards

Review transport invoices, billing accuracy, and cost controls

Ensure vendor compliance with safety regulations, statutory norms, and service agreements

Drive transport efficiency initiatives to improve service reliability and cost optimization

Vendor Management & Governance

Manage multiple vendors across dining, transport and other support services

Define SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics for service partners

Conduct regular business reviews, audits, and vendor performance assessments

Ensure contract compliance and adherence to service deliverables

Lead vendor negotiations for service quality enhancement and cost optimization

Budgeting & Cost Optimization

Prepare annual budgets for dining and transportation operations

Track expenses, manage billing processes, and ensure budget adherence

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality

Monitor invoice validation, financial controls, and vendor payments

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations

Maintain audit readiness for internal and external compliance reviews

Drive workplace safety and risk mitigation initiatives

Ensure emergency preparedness and service continuity planning

Employee Experience & Stakeholder Management

Deliver high-quality workplace experience aligned with employee needs and business goals

Partner with HR, Admins, Procurement, Finance, and Leadership teams for service excellence

Manage employee feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvements

Support employee engagement initiatives through hospitality-led workplace programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Certifications in Food Safety / Hospitality / Facility Management preferred.

Experience:

8–15 years of relevant experience in Dining Operations, Corporate Hospitality, Transport Operations, or Workplace Services

Experience in managing corporate cafeterias, workplace dining, transport logistics, and vendor operations

Experience in large corporate offices, hospitality, facility management, or multinational environments preferred
