About the role
Hiring: Associate / Senior Associate – Onboarding (US Shift)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Associate) | 4–7 Years (Senior Associate)
We are looking for passionate professionals with experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, and B2B SaaS to join a fast-growing fintech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end client onboarding
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Drive product adoption and customer success
Work with US/North American clients
Collaborate with Product, Consulting, and Operations teams
Monitor customer health, usage, renewals, and adoption
Preferred Skills:
Customer Success / Customer Onboarding
B2B SaaS experience
Account Management
Client Relationship Management
US Shift / International Client Exposure
Fintech, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, ESOP, or Equity Management experience is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
