Regional Business Manager (RBM) – Franchise Development & Operations
Location: Kolkata | Ahmedabad | Hyderabad | Bengaluru | Pune | Dehradun | Rajasthan
We are looking for an experienced Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead franchise expansion, drive operational excellence, and strengthen business growth across multiple regions.
Experience Required
7+ years of relevant experience in Franchise Development & Operations
Experience in the Preschool/Early Childhood Education industry is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners.
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle from lead generation to agreement signing.
Support franchisees through onboarding, training, and successful centre launches.
Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, quality standards, and brand guidelines.
Conduct regular business reviews, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
Drive franchise growth by analysing business performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support franchise success.
Provide admission support and ensure achievement of regional business targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
Candidates with a Preschool/Early Childhood Education background will be given preference.
Required Skills
Strong franchise development and business expansion experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience in franchise operations and partner relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
