About the Role This role involves working as a PMO/Business Architect, supporting production activities, and driving results in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating techno-functional specifications and managing stakeholders. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive results and achieve high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Production Support activities
Create Techno-Functional Specifications
Develop and implement solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive results
Utilize API's and SQL to support business needs
Participate in Software and Defect management cycle
Develop and maintain documentation
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Drive action and results in a high-performance environment
Requirements
Have 3-5 years of experience as PMO/Business-Architect
Be well-versed with API’s
Have basics of SQL
Be well-versed with Software and Defect management cycle
Have experience in Solutioning and documentation
Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Have a strong bias for action and driving results
