Position Overview:
The UI/UX Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, user interface design, and user experience principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with our business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and intuitive UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborating with different departments to create the training videos.
Ensure that the design and user experience adhere to the overall brand strategy and guidelines.
Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables) to support various marketing and product development needs.
Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Candidates having an MBA degree will be preferred but not required.
At least two years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Proficient in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Problem-solving aptitude and excellent communication skills.
