Role description

Technical Skills

SAP OData Services – Extensive experience in extending SAP Standard OData services, including custom enhancements, redefinitions, and service extensions to meet business requirements while preserving standard functionality.

SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 – Strong expertise in developing and enhancing SAP Fiori applications, with hands-on experience in Adaptation Projects and Extension Projects to customize standard SAP Fiori apps using SAP-recommended extensibility approaches.

Core Data Services (CDS) – Proficient in designing and extending ABAP CDS Views, including CDS View Extensions, annotations, associations, and exposure through SADL. Good understanding of BOPF-enabled CDS Views and their integration via SADL.

Business Object Processing Framework (BOPF) – Experience in developing and enhancing custom BOPF business objects based on SAP Standard BOPF models, including determination, validation, actions, and business object extensions.

RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) – Hands-on experience in developing applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), including CDS-based data models, behavior definitions, service definitions, and service bindings.

Functional Domain Knowledge – Strong understanding of Product Data Management (PDM) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, with practical experience in Material Master and Bill of Materials (BOM) data models and related business processes.
