Technical Product Manager (3bpEmi)

About the Roles

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join an Information Technology Consulting organisation based in Toa Payoh. This 2-year contract role offers a structured 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) with competitive basic salary and completion bonus benefits. The role provides an opportunity to drive technical product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape solutions that align business goals with technology capabilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define and maintain the technical product roadmap by aligning business objectives, user requirements, and technology capabilities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product direction, success measurements, priorities, and delivery strategies.

Work closely with engineering teams to develop technical requirements, evaluate solution feasibility, and consider architecture impacts.

Recommend effective solutions by balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, technical enhancements, and feature delivery.

Develop comprehensive technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support software development.

Manage and prioritise product backlogs according to business value, user needs, and technical limitations.

Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product review discussions.

Coordinate technical dependencies across different workstreams to support successful project delivery.

Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, software engineers, and technical teams.

Convert business requirements into clear product objectives and technical documentation.

Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders from non-technical backgrounds.

Monitor KPIs, product performance indicators, and system-related metrics.

Leverage data analysis and technical insights to guide product decisions and drive continuous improvements.

Support additional duties and tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Have at least 3 years of experience in business analysis for software development projects.

Bring a minimum of 2 years of experience working within Agile and cloud platform environments.

Demonstrate experience in product backlog management, user story creation, business case preparation, and software delivery lifecycle processes.

Have a good understanding of web, mobile, and cloud technologies, including how they influence solution design and technical feasibility.

Ability to manage competing priorities, deliver within deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Possess strong communication skills with the ability to discuss requirements and explain technology concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Demonstrate effective collaboration skills when working with technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders.

Experience with Confluence and Jira will be advantageous.

Experience with BPM modelling techniques and methods will be advantageous.
