About the role

PMI del settore energia e utilities (50 collaboratori) con sede a Manerbio, in provincia di Brescia, ricerca un/una Addetto/a Risorse Umane junior da inserire nel proprio team HR.

Mansioni principali:

Gestione presenze e assenze tramite software HR dedicato

Supporto ai processi di selezione: screening CV e conduzione colloqui

Gestione documentazione contrattuale e comunicazioni interne al personale

Aggiornamento e mantenimento del database anagrafico di circa 150 risorse

Collaborazione con lo studio paghe esterno per la gestione dei cedolini

Requisiti:

diploma di scuola superiore

valutiamo anche candidati alla prima esperienza

ottime capacità organizzative e comunicative

precisione e riservatezza nella gestione dei dati sensibili

buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel

disponibilità entro 2 settimane

Offerta e benefit:

contratto a tempo determinato con prospettive di stabilizzazione, tempo pieno dal lunedì al venerdì

Retribuzione 1.500-1.800 € lordi mensili
