Italy New Channels Internship | Milan | 6 months | Start date: September/October 2026

We are looking for an intern who will support Project Management and New Channels activities creating new partnerships and agreements with the aim of maximizing Amplifon visibility and acquiring new customers.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You'll be in charge of:

The design, organization and implementation of pilots up to the progressive rollout;

Designing and carrying out of special projects with strategic partners;

Monitoring performance and collecting insight to ensure continuous optimizations;

Constant exchange relationship with the sales force;

Coordinating cross-functional streams and updating key stakeholders;

Drafting project and process documentation;

Collaborating with external suppliers (e.g. for the design of B2B and B2C communication materials);

Working in synergy with different company functions (eg. Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, etc.).

You are the right person if you:

Have a degree or Master in Marketing, Economics, Management or similar;

Are interested in Trade Marketing and Sales;

Have good command of Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint and basic knowledge of PowerBI (nice to have);

Have ability to carry out various activities simultaneously respecting timing and budget allocation and promptly communicating any changes/criticalities (and possible solutions);

Possess good analytical skills and result orientation;

Have good interpersonal skills, proactivity and entrepreneurial mindset;

Speak English and Italian fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.

Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with!);
