JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Leather Goods Pattern Maker will be responsible for developing SLG patterns starting from design concepts, translating creative inputs into technical and construction solutions, ensuring product quality and technical feasibility.

Job responsibilities

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

STRATEGY and KEY TASKS

- Developing patterns from design concepts

- Translating creative inputs into technical solutions

- Defining product specifications

- Supporting prototyping phases

- Interfacing with product development and industrialization teams

- Optimizing models for production

- Ensuring technical feasibility and quality

- Identifying technical issues and proposing improvements

- Managing modifications during development

Profile

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

- Proven experience as pattern maker in luxury environments

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials

- Experience with CAD and manual tools

- Ability to interpret design sketches

- Ability to create technical documentation

- Strong problem solving skills

- Attention to detail and teamwork

- Gross annual salary of at least €40,000
