About this vacancy

Support the integration of MATLAB/Simulink models into vehicle software architectures

Analyze and solve complex modeling issues (algebraic loops, sample time, scheduling)

Perform model simulation and functional validation

Support code generation and low-level C integration

Ensure compliance with modeling guidelines and best practices

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to technical documentation

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields)

Good knowledge of MATLAB and Simulink

Basic understanding of control systems and Model-Based Design

Strong interest in automotive and embedded systems

Problem-solving mindset, accuracy and willingness to learn

Fluent Italian and technical English (B1/B2)

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €32.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
