Sr. Service Engineer

Company is engaged in:

Supply of industrial pneumatic products for Air Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Pneumatic Components & Tools, and Pin/Laser Marking Systems.

Manufacturing of custom-built / special purpose systems, high-pressure testing systems, and import substitutes.

Industrial piping contracts for Air, Gas, Chilled Water, HVAC, Industrial Water Line & Fire Fighting systems.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for industrial utility systems.

Qualification

Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings and technical diagrams

Experience

3 to 5 years of relevant field service experience

Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment including:

Air Compressors

Dryers

Vacuum Pumps

Marking Machines

Execute and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and preventive maintenance schedules.

Visit client sites as per service plan and reporting manager instructions.

Coordinate with internal teams for pre-commissioning and service activities.

Maintain service reports, documentation, and client feedback records.

Provide technical support during client meetings and product demonstrations.

Support and guide junior service engineers when required.

Gather market feedback to improve service quality and identify opportunities.

Technical knowledge of:

AHU

Vacuum Systems

Gas Generators

Strong troubleshooting ability

Good communication and customer-handling skills

MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Internet usage)

Mechatronics & safety awareness

Other Requirements

Must own 2/4 wheeler with valid driving license

Willing to travel for field service work

Team-oriented and proactive

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
