We're looking for a dedicated Senior Conference & Events Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day delivery of catering services at Excel London - one of Europe’s largest and most successful venues, hosting some 400 events per year!

Senior C&E Operations Manager - The Role

Playing a leading role in the delivery of first-rate hospitality offering across conferences and events

Alongside the Operations Manager, assist with the development and leadership of your team within Excel London.

Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests

Facilitating day to day clients and hospitality operations, ensuring that we are meeting expectations and consistently ‘Winning One Customer at a Time’

Reviewing performance of hospitality for conferences and events and ensure delivery of departmental financial targets

What we're looking for

Experience in a demanding food environment including retail, stand catering, and conferences and banqueting

Experience of working with a client group

P&L understanding

Ability to lead others

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to influence and operate at all stakeholder levels
