About the role
Who we are looking for
Responsible for supporting operational and administrative aspects of State Street Markets and Corporate systems technology IT PMO operations. Primary responsibilities will focus on ensuring IT budget and forecasts are meeting targets using existing methods, while working to improve on methods and efficiencies around additional aspects of the IT operations. The candidate will actively pursue and document exceptions across the operation providing outreach and follow-up to those responsible for the exceptions.
What you will be responsible for
Monitor and reconcile IT budget to forecasts along with all associated concepts like deferrals
Monitor and reconcile additional control items across the organization
Master Clarity data model and processes
Produce and create where needed organization financial reporting
Provide data item exception reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis
Enhance and or simplify existing controls across multiple data items and sources
Follow-up with organizational leads on all exceptions until resolved and properly documented
Collaborate with COO team members to improve controls and processes where necessary
Provide analytical insights into the data and incorporate into reporting
Lead offshore team maintaining and improving organizational data and metrics
Implement organizational data on visual tooling such as Qlik
Be familiar with AI concepts and be able to leverage AI in daily work for efficiency and greater insights into the data
Provide customer service and support to all parts of the DMC organization

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree – (Finance preferred not required)
Financials services experience - Preferred
Program/Project management experience ideally within the COO/PMO space - Preferred
Ability to communicate in written and verbal formats
Excellent Excel skills - Mandatory
Good to excellent PowerPoint skills
Clarity experience (Not required but preferred)
Qlik experience (Not required but preferred)

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
