About the role
As Senior Graphic Designer you will:
Design engaging content for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and digital advertising campaigns.
Create and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing channels.
Design print and digital marketing materials, including:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts that support business objectives and lead-generation initiatives.
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Edit and optimize video content for social media, websites, digital advertising, and presentations.
Create motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content to increase audience engagement.
Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, printers, and production partners as needed.
Our ideal candidate has:
5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the real estate industry, including residential, commercial, development, investment, or property marketing.
Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express:
Experience with video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media content creation and platform-specific design requirements.
Knowledge of typography, layout design, branding, and print production.
Experience creating content for Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Familiarity with real estate marketing materials, investor communications, property launches, and promotional campaigns.
Experience working with marketing automation and presentation software is considered an asset.
Professional client service attitude and exceptional communication skills to interact with all stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, developing creative design solutions within tight deadlines.
An energetic self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional maturity, and the ability to manage own time.

We Offer
Base salary in the range of $70,000 to $75,000, based on skills and experience
