本ポジションの概要

Finance Managerとして、主要事業におけるクライアントレポーティング、SG&A管理、財務シミュレーション、プロセス改善を中心とした、財務計画・報告・分析業務をリードするポジションです。財務部門に加え、オペレーションやその他の関連部門と連携しながら、実行可能な財務インサイトを提供し、戦略的意思決定を支援します。 予算策定・フォーキャスト、差異分析、KPI検証、財務モデリングなど、財務業務全般に対してハンズオンで責任を持って取り組んでいただき、業務効率向上やマネジメントレポーティングの高度化、セミオートメーションを含む継続的なプロセス改善の推進も重要なミッションとなります。 スピード感のある環境下で、能動的に業務に取り組め、優先順位を適切に管理しながら、複数のチームと協働できる高い財務分析力とビジネス理解力を備えた方を求めています。

【職務内容】

Client reporting

- 財務モデルの実績更新と運用管理、 年度計画の策定

- 他部門と連携したクライアント向け収支報告書の作成

- KPI/コスト/諸元分析、妥当性検証

- 社内事前レビュー、クライアントとの会議に向けた報告書の作成

- 事務局機能としてクライアントとの会議録作成、各担当部門と連携した課題解決推進

SG&A(販管費、開発人件費)の実績管理、予実比較

- 販管費における実績管理、計画差異分析、LOB(プログラム)毎の費用配賦

- 開発人件費における実績管理、計画差異分析、

- 減価償却費の実績管理、報告

- 上記のタスクにおける年間計画、ローリングフォーキャストの策定

財務シミュレーション

- 主要なプログラムについてクライアントとの契約更新における戦略的財務の試算及びKPI/PLの妥当性検証

- 中長期試算、計画との差異把握、報告

- 新施策の実施及び費用削減時の財務試算、効果検証

プロセス改善とteam支援

- 生産性向上のための各種取り組み

- Closing, 予算策定、内外報告におけるサポート

- セミオートメーションのサポート

【必要となる経験とスキル】

財務、FP&A、会計、または関連分野における7年以上の実務経験

予算策定、フォーキャスティング、マネジメントレポーティング、差異分析に関する豊富な経験

ガバナンスおよび内部統制に対する高い理解と意識

財務モデリング、KPI分析、収益性レポーティングに関する確かな知識

ビジネスパートナーリング環境において、複数の部門横断ステークホルダーと連携した経験

高い分析力および問題解決能力、細部まで配慮できる注意力、AIを用いた業務遂行に強い関心と実行力

タイトなスケジュール下で複数の業務を管理し、高品質な成果物を提供した実績

Microsoft ExcelおよびPowerPointの上級スキル

日本語および英語ともにビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

Acyan Finance plays a central role in supporting business growth and management decision-making by providing timely, accurate, and actionable financial information and insights.

By working closely with business functions including operations, the team contributes to maintaining strong financial governance, enhancing performance visibility, and strengthening execution capabilities across both strategic and operational initiatives.

Position Overview – Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, this position leads financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities across key business areas, with a primary focus on client reporting, SG&A management, financial simulations, and process improvement initiatives.

Working collaboratively with finance, operations, and other related functions, the role delivers actionable financial insights and supports informed strategic decision-making.

The Finance Manager will take hands-on ownership of core finance activities, including budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, KPI validation, and financial modeling. In addition, this role is expected to play a key part in driving productivity improvements, enhancing management reporting, and promoting continuous process improvements, including semi-automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and self-driven, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities and collaborating across multiple teams. Strong financial analysis skills and solid business acumen are essential for success in this role.

【Requirements and skills】

7+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related areas.

Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.

Strong awareness of governance and internal controls

Solid understanding of financial modeling, KPI analysis, and profitability reporting.

Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional stakeholders in a business partnering environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Business-level Japanese and English.

【 Preferred Skills】

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Access, MySQL, Copilot.

Knowledge of data mining and visualization of large data sets is a plus.

Experience in financial simulations related to pricing, contract renewals, or strategic initiatives.

Experience in multinational companies and matrix organizations.

Experience in using Hyperion, DAX, OneStream

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
