本ポジションは、アシュリオン・ジャパン株式会社においてすべての顧客向け提案に関わる価格戦略・収益設計を担うチームに所属します。

単なるプライシング業務にとどまらず、ビジネスとして成立するかどうかを見極めるための 収益性・経済合理性の設計および意思決定支援 を行います。

提案の初期段階からプロジェクトに参画し、Excelを用いたコスト・P/Lモデルの構築を自ら行いながら、

オペレーション、IT、営業条件など複数要素を踏まえた現実的なシナリオを設計します。

最終的には、日本Region CEO／COOを含む経営層に対して、英語での説明・提案を通じて意思決定を支援する役割が期待されています。

複雑かつ変化のある状況の中で、限られた情報から論点や仮説を整理し、複数の実行可能な選択肢を提示しながら、関係部門と連携してプロジェクトを推進していただきます。

全案件の価格・収益設計に関与でき、事業全体の成否に直接インパクトを与える重要ポジション

価格設計に加え、サービス内容・オペレーション・顧客条件の検討にも関与できるため、ビジネス全体を俯瞰した経験が積める

新規事業・成長フェーズならではのスピード感の中で、「どの案件を、どの条件で進めるか」という経営視点の判断に携われる

主な職務内容：

詳細な分析とモデリングに基づき、最適な価格戦略を策定

経営陣に対して価格に関する洞察と戦略的な提案をプレゼンテーション

各事業部門からコスト、数量、収益、業務情報を収集・統合

時間の経過とともに価格に関する知識を蓄積・管理し、意思決定の質を向上

価格設定の効果を高めるための施策を実行（価格弾力性分析、マージン最適化など）

過去の価格決定の効果を分析し、改善の機会を特定

分析手法やデータインフラの改善を通じて意思決定の質を向上

部門横断的なチームと連携し、価格戦略の整合性を確保

その他、必要に応じて業務を遂行

専門スキル：

Microsoft Excelを用いた高度な財務モデリングスキル

学歴・経験：

学士号必須、MBAまたは同等の高度学位が望ましい

経営コンサルティング、財務分析、マーケティング分析、リスク管理などの分野で5〜7年の分析業務経験

複雑な財務モデルの構築と、データを実行可能な洞察に変換する能力

高速で変化する環境での部門横断的なプロジェクト経験

日本語・英語のバイリンガル能力

This position is part of a team responsible for pricing strategy and revenue design across all customer proposals at Asurion Japan K.K.

Rather than being limited to pricing execution, the role focuses on designing profitability and economic viability and supporting management decision-making to determine whether proposed initiatives are commercially sustainable.

The role involves participating in projects from the early proposal stage and independently building cost and P/L models using Excel, while developing realistic scenarios that take into account multiple factors such as operations, IT, and commercial terms.

Ultimately, this position is expected to support executive decision-making through presentations and discussions in English with senior leadership, including the Japan Region CEO and COO.

The role requires the ability to develop well-structured hypotheses from complex and evolving information, present multiple practical and well-considered options, and drive projects forward through close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES

Lead the development of pricing strategies and recommendations through rigorous analysis and modeling

Present pricing insights and strategic considerations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner

Coordinate and consolidate cost, volume, revenue, and operational data across business units

Maintain and evolve pricing knowledge to enhance decision-making over time

Execute initiatives to improve pricing effectiveness, including elasticity analysis and margin optimization

Analyze historical pricing decisions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Enhance analytical techniques and data infrastructure to support pricing decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies

Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Advanced financial modeling using Microsoft Excel

Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive presentations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

5–7 years of experience in an analytical role such as management consulting, financial analysis, marketing analytics, or risk management

Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models and synthesize data into actionable insights

Experience working on cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
