We are looking to hire a Lead Analyst in the Process Delivery Team
The Process Delivery team at GOSS Operations & Technology is a private exchange solution developed for US organizations that wish to strengthen employee engagement, reduce costs, and simplify their benefits administration. Aptia offers the largest range of benefits products and carrier options available - a true marketplace for benefits. We now serve more than 200 companies in the US with an anticipated 1.3 million eligible employees, family members, and retirees. Marketplace consulting team is responsible for Strategy, Marketing, Financial Management, and Compliance for our clients. The consulting team is responsible for client relationships and acts as a trusted partner to help clients address their benefits challenges.
We will count on you for:
Daily Work Management and delivery of schemes
Written and Verbal communication with onshore business partners
Process reporting and training
Ensuring compliance of all internal and client policies
Providing timely updates to AM and Onshore counterparts
Driving Process improvements
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts.
What you need to have:
Knowledge & Skills:
Responsibilities
Knowledge of Health & Benefits preferred
Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
Problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi task, self starter
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office Tools (Advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal skills, effective oral & written communication skills
Must have knowledge of H&B domain
Education:
Graduate from a reputable institute in any steam
Eligibility:
Minimum 7 year experience overall
