We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager Tax . Reporting to the Manager Tax , this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our employment tax department and its’ growth.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for Tax processes to pre-determined KPI’s and SLA. Processes may include, but not limited to –

Prepare tax computation and enable returns along with necessary working papers

Assist the Tax Manager in Tax Litigation and Tax Audit, prepare the documents required by the authorities.

Understanding the key requirements for deliverables and guiding the team for achieving the same. Keep abreast of developments that will impact the Client base.

Working regularly with Affiliates based in different countries to ensure the client corporate compliance is accurately prepared and has met all required deadlines

Reviewing the tasks performed by team members and maintain MIS and logs

Support in migration of processes from other locations into the GSC

Closely tracking due dates of countries allocated and ensure that filings for all clients are completed within agreed / available timelines

Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior

Key requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken English.

Good Presentation skills & Customer Focus.

Microsoft office, specifically Word and advance Excel

Self-driven and highly motivated individual, able to work independently

Solution oriented with strong analytical skills

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

The incumbent should be a professionally qualified /Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with experience ranging from 2-4 yrs.

Must have independent working experience on Tax assignments, Tax return preparation and calculation of Tax

Experience in UK Taxes\ Europe Region tax is an added advantage
