Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can actively generate leads and convert them into clients through various platforms. This role is highly performance-driven and ideal for someone who is confident in sales and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Identify potential clients and pitch our services
Manage client communication and follow-ups
Convert leads into paying customers
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and opportunities
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Performance Expectations
Minimum expected revenue generation: ₹1,00,000/month
To receive full salary, you must generate at least ₹80,000/month
Below ₹80,000 → 50% salary payout
Commission Structure (Per Closure)
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 → 5% commission
₹25,000 – ₹60,000 → 8% commission
₹60,000 and above → 10% commission
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in business development or sales
Experience in cold calling, Upwork bidding, or lead generation tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Basic understanding of IT services/web development (preferred)
