International Tax Manager
About the role
Overview
The International Tax Manager will act as a key business-facing advisor within the Group Tax function, supporting the identification, communication and management of international tax risks across bids, projects, transactions and cross-border operations. The role will provide practical advice on direct tax, withholding tax, treaty relief, VAT/sales tax, permanent establishment risk, transfer pricing implications and tax governance, working closely with finance, legal, commercial, treasury, HR and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions.

About you

Experience Required
Experience with M&A, reorganisations, country start-ups or closures would be beneficial.
Professional tax, accounting or legal qualification preferred, such as CTA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, ADIT or equivalent.
5-7 years PQE
Strong technical tax background with evidence of continuing professional development.
Additional international tax or indirect tax experience would be advantageous.
Proactive, practical and solutions-focused.
Confident working with ambiguity and complex fact patterns.
Able to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial perspective.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
Able to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
