About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to manage client accounts, oversee social media operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple brands effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management or client servicing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
Manage end to end social media operations for client accounts
Coordinate with content, design, and video teams for timely execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Review content to ensure quality and brand consistency
Plan campaigns and content calendars
Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports
Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new ideas
