The role

The IT&S Project Manager at SoftwareOne plays a critical role in enabling business transformation and technology execution across the organization. This role is responsible for leading medium to large‑scale IT&S projects, often spanning multiple business units or technology pillars, and for governing project delivery in line with the IT&S Project Management Framework.

The Project Manager owns the full project lifecycle, ensures compliance with mandatory governance and documentation standards, and drives predictable, transparent, and high‑quality project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead multiple medium to large IT&S projects spanning one or more IT&S pillars

Own full project lifecycle delivery, from initiation through closure, in accordance with the IT&S Project Management Framework

Ensure all mandatory project deliverables, templates, and phase‑gate requirements are created, maintained, and stored in the designated systems

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, estimates, schedules, and resource plans

Actively manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests

Govern day‑to‑day project execution using Jira and Confluence as the primary project management and documentation tools

Chair project meetings, drive actions, and ensure timely follow‑up

Provide clear, structured status reporting to sponsors and leadership, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions

What we need to see from you

5–7 years of hands‑on experience managing IT projects

Proven experience delivering complex, cross‑functional IT initiatives at a global level

Hands‑on experience applying project management methodologies and governance frameworks

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects independently

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (English required)

Empathic, solution‑oriented, and delivery‑focused

Comfortable operating in dynamic, international environments
