Project Logistics Team supports the successful execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects and international equipment deliveries.
This role is responsible for coordinating project logistics, export documentation, shipment execution, and communication with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and warehouse service providers.
This position plays a key role in ensuring materials and equipment are delivered accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory and international shipping requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate local and international shipments for engineering and EPC projects.
Plan shipment schedules to meet project timelines and customer requirements.
Liaise with project teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and customers.
Prepare and review export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.
Ensure shipments comply with Incoterms, export regulations, customer requirements, and destination country regulations.
Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery issues.
Coordinate warehouse activities, packing, labeling, container loading, and pre-shipment inspections.
Conduct occasional warehouse and supplier visits to verify shipment readiness and packing quality.
Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation.
Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant logistics experience from other educational backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export documentation, or supply chain operations.
Experience in EPC, engineering, industrial equipment, or international trading companies is an advantage.
Familiarity with ocean freight, air freight, project cargo, Incoterms, and freight forwarding is preferred.
Skills
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Able to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
Able to work independently while being a reliable team player.
