-Atenció presencial, telefònica i per correu electrònic a clients i persones usuàries. -Gestió, registre i arxiu de documentació administrativa. -Elaboració, revisió i seguiment de documentació i expedients. -Suport en la gestió comptable -Tramitació i seguiment d'ajudes, subvencions i altres convocatòries. -Recopilació i verificació de la documentació necessària per a la presentació d'expedients. -Seguiment dels terminis administratius i de l'estat de les sol·licituds. -Utilització d'eines ofimàtiques i aplicacions de gestió administrativa per al control i l'actualització de la informació.

Experiència 12 mesos. EMPLEATS ADMINISTRATIUS DE COMPTABILITAT, EN GENERAL

Competències / coneixements: -Batxillerat i formació en l'àmbit administratiu. -Imprescindible experiència amb comptabilitat

Contracte laboral temporal (12 mesos)

Jornada parcial matí (4 hores - jornada diaria)

Salari mensual brut 1200

Altres dades d'interès: -Horari: de dilluns a divendres de 9 a 13h. -Contracte temporal d'1 any amb possibilitat de pròrroga.
