What will I be doing as a Restaurant Manager?
Ensure outstanding service is delivered to drive customer satisfaction adn repeat visits.
Ensure fast, efficient prep, cook and service operations.
Develop labour schedules within budget and review shift efficiency.
Conduct key item stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Track stock waste and optimise stock-on-hand value.
Implement promotions and strategic sales initiatives.
Drive higher spend per transaction through effective upselling.
Recruit and onboard new team members
Maintain strong communication with the team and external partners.
