Description

In this role, you will support the planning and successful execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) and key business changes in line with company strategy. This is a challenging cross-functional position requiring strong interaction with operational execution teams, Sales, and other support functions, in which you'll build and manage relationships with peers and Apple leaders at both regional and global levels.

Facilitate post-launch reviews, ensuring follow-up and resolution of open topics.

Analyse root causes of issues, drive change, and implement process improvements.

Project manage key Operations and Sales alignment activities and briefing calls.

Coordinate the planning and execution of the Channel Customer Roadmap and onboarding activities across EMEIA Operational Groups.

Ensure governance of onboarding activities across EMEIA Operational Groups.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in supply chain, operations, or a related environment.

Interest in Generative AI and machine learning and how these technologies can enhance programme management, reporting, and stakeholder decision-making.

Masters or Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong programme and project management experience, with the ability to lead project plans, timelines, and risks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.

Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to simplify complex problems clearly.

Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence without authority.

Experience delivering results under tight, high-pressure timelines.
