You'll do the following as a Prism UI/UX designer:

● Lead the ideation and design of complex web, mobile and multichannel based solutions

● Experience in User research and User testing.

● Lead design sessions for clients to inspire, gather user stories and a full picture of the

solution goals, and effectively communicate direction

● Participate in internal and client-facing creative ideation sessions in collaboration with

Product Owners, Engineers and QA

● Plan, execute and present prototypes and proof of concepts to client stakeholder

● Rationalize and bring clients to an agreement on user interface and experience design

based on data-driven insights

● Translate ideas into journey maps, concepts, and visual design

● Create user flows, wireframes, and information architectures to address user needs.

● Understand and embrace client feedback and enthusiastically adapt designs based on

validated Critique

What you bring to Prism:

● Must love working with a team to build great solutions.

● You should be proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, XDor Invision,

Sketch, Jira, Zeplin, Mural, Lean UX, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

● Strong sense of visual design regarding graphic and web design

● Knowledgeable of web standards with an understanding of cross-browser issues & fixes.

● Intermediate proficiency understanding and uncovering analytics platforms (i.e. Google

analytics).

● Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills

Good to Have:

● Apply familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make,

Lovable, Uizard) and emerging AI-driven product capabilities where appropriate

● Leverage AI-assisted tools and workflows to enhance design efficiency, research, and

ideation

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
