About the Job

As a Working Student in Productivity Management, you will support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance across the organization. You will help analyze and report productivity metrics, maintain data quality, and support process improvement initiatives. In addition, you will prepare presentations and management materials to support decision-making and stakeholder communication. You'll report directly to our Head of Productivity Management,Lorenz Geenen.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and visualize productivity-related KPIs, preparing regular reports and management dashboards.

Identify process inefficiencies, document existing workflows, and support continuous improvement projects across teams.

Ensure data quality, update trackers and databases, and support the administration of productivity measurement tools.

Develop presentation materials, executive summaries, and communication assets for leadership meetings and business reviews.

Assist with the preparation, communication, and tracking of AI, Copilot, and digital productivity initiatives, including stakeholder feedback collection and adoption activities.

Bring to the Team

PowerPoint presentation design: Craft executive-ready decks with clear, compelling storylines

Excel data structuring: Support high-level analyses, KPI tracking, and business case modeling

Analytical structured thinking: Break down complex topics, synthesize insights, and support decision-making

Project structuring: Roadmap creation, workstream organization, and initiative tracking
