Als Senior Software Engineer (w/m/d) gestaltest du die technische Zukunft unserer Produkte – von Architekturentscheidungen über moderne KI-gestützte Entwicklung bis hin zur technischen Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Softwarelösungen im industriellen Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung neuer Features und Umsetzung von Teilprojekten – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Release

Weiterentwicklung und Modernisierung bestehender Softwarearchitekturen mit Fokus auf Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit

Technische Verantwortung für Produkte, APIs und Schnittstellen im industriellen Umfeld

Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung von KI-gestützten Entwicklungsansätzen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Innovation

Coaching von Junior-Entwicklern sowie aktive Mitgestaltung technischer Standards und Entscheidungen

Sicherstellung hoher Softwarequalität durch Unit Tests, TDD sowie moderne CI/CD-Prozesse

Dein Profil

Masterabschluss in Informatik, Softwaretechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

6–8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im industriellen oder Embedded-Umfeld

Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C/C++, C#/.NET und Python

Erfahrung mit moderner Softwarearchitektur, Web- und Desktop-Anwendungen sowie Test- und DevOps-Methoden

Technisch breit aufgestellt, innovationsfreudig und versiert im Einsatz von KI-Tools wie Copilot, Claude oder ChatGPT

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
