About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative financial products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, SAP ERP, and digital payment systems, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, growth, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality products
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and requirements
Develop business cases and proposals to secure investment and resources for product initiatives
Analyze customer feedback and data to inform product decisions and optimize performance
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to product development
Requirements
Manage product management initiatives with 8-12 years of experience, focusing on financial products and solutions
Utilize strong knowledge of SAP ERP and digital payment systems, including UPI
Deliver successful products and solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record
Leverage excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback
