About the Role The Scrum Master helps the scrum team understand agile principles and practice, removing obstacles and distractions to achieve goals. The role focuses on enabling the team to work effectively, ensuring a productive environment and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project scope and timeline for each project.
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
Work with product owners and project managers to handle backlogs and new requests.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
Help teams implement changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.
Requirements
Hold a B. Tech in computer science or MCA.
Be a Certified Scrum Master.
Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Scrum Master role.
Possess a good understanding of agile principles.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
Be familiar with software development.
Have excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
Exhibit excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
Show problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
Possess outstanding organizational skills.
Understand software development.
Have experience with implementation projects.
