Working Hours – Tuesday & Thursday 8.30am-5pm

Main purpose of the role

Provide exceptional service to all customers and clients by managing the end-to-end buyer registration process, handling customer enquiries efficiently, and completing all administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Roles and Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for complaints, escalating where necessary, maintaining logs, and driving continuous improvement

Manage the end-to-end buyer registration process, ensuring full capture of physical sale attendees

Handle all customer and vendor enquiries promptly via counter and phone

Deliver accurate administrative support, including sale day preparation (catalogues, rostrum setup, documentation checks)

Process payments, manage provisional bids, reconcile the payment drawer daily, and complete post-sale processes

Handle DVLA, legal requests, and vehicle fines

Oversee invoicing (including delivery) in collaboration with internal teams

Work with the Vendor Support Team Lead and Accounts Assistant to support effective debt control

Skills, experience and attributes

Full UK driving license

Thrives in a fast-paced, complex operational environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Delivers high-quality work to tight deadlines

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service individually and within a team

Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills

Competent in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and reliability
