About the role
We are searching for a Systems Architect to become part of our team.
In this position, you will define the technical backbone of intricate, cross-cloud programs and steer engineering teams toward consistent, scalable results. You will partner with stakeholders across various disciplines to bring the architectural vision in line with business objectives and evolving technology trends.
Responsibilities
Assume full accountability for end-to-end solution architecture spanning both engineering tracks
Craft enterprise-grade AWS and Azure network connectivity to enable cross-cloud operations
Establish the security architecture together with identity integration approaches for the overall solution
Direct technical coordination with Network, Security, and Platform teams to keep initiatives on track
Set architecture standards for Terraform and Terragrunt to shape infrastructure-as-code practices
Evaluate solution designs and mentor engineering teams to elevate overall design quality
Promote AI-assisted engineering best practices across development activities
Create architecture documentation and maintain technical decision records to support transparency and traceability
Requirements
No less than 8 years of applied professional work experience
At least 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator positions
Minimum of 2 years leading a team of at least 20 employees
Involvement in a minimum of 5 full-cycle projects, or contributions across several projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle
Solid background in enterprise AWS Networking, including Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, Network Firewall, and Direct Connect
Hands-on experience with Azure Networking, covering Hub-Spoke, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoint, and Private DNS
Practical familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory for enterprise identity management
Applied use of HashiCorp Boundary for secure infrastructure access
Confident command of Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure-as-code delivery
Strong foundation in Enterprise Identity and Access Management practices
Working understanding of Linux operating systems and Docker for containerised workloads
Background in architecture governance and design documentation practices
Robust technical leadership and architecture ownership abilities
Capability to manage stakeholders and foster effective cross-team collaboration
Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Daily use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development
Track record of introducing AI-assisted engineering practices within teams
Grasp of LLM fundamentals and prompt engineering techniques
Applied experience integrating AI into engineering workflows
Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey technical concepts to varied audiences
Nice to have
Awareness of GitHub Enterprise and the GitHub Actions Runner platform for CI/CD operations
Background implementing Enterprise PAM or Zero Trust platforms for privileged access and secure architecture
Familiarity with MCP servers and AI automation tooling for advanced AI-enabled workflows
