About the Role We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications within the Commercial Banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building secure and high-performing backend services and responsive frontend applications. The role involves contributing to application development across various domains and working closely with architects, stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them with backend services.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver end-to-end application solutions.
Participate in system design discussions, technical estimations, and sprint planning activities.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding standards.
Support performance tuning, debugging, and resolution of issues across development and production environments.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support automated build and deployment processes.
Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain proper technical documentation.
Requirements
Develop scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
Have hands-on experience in building secure and high-performing backend services.
Have experience in building responsive frontend applications using React.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
Participate in Agile development practices.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to secure coding standards.
Have 5+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
Have experience with API Integration using RESTful and SOAP.
Have experience with SQL, GCP/AWS, and CI/CD Pipelines.
