About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence solutions across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, Generative AI, data engineering, cloud AI platforms, and enterprise application integration. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data scientists, product owners, and leadership teams to define AI strategies, architect scalable AI solutions, and drive AI adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise AI architecture strategy, frameworks, and best practices.
Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications and business processes.
Architect end-to-end AI platforms including data ingestion, model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Lead AI solution design discussions with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
Define AI integration strategies with enterprise systems, CRMs, ERPs, web/mobile applications, and APIs.
Drive adoption of modern AI technologies including Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, AI Agents, Vector Databases, Computer Vision, NLP, and Predictive Analytics.
Design scalable AI infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Establish AI governance, model monitoring, explainability, security, and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure AI-ready data pipelines and architecture.
Guide development teams on AI/ML implementation standards, coding practices, and deployment patterns.
Lead architecture reviews, POCs, accelerators, and innovation initiatives.
Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, effort estimations, and customer presentations.
Mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and technical leads.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Strong experience in AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise AI implementations.
Expertise in Generative AI, LLMs and prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents and orchestration frameworks, NLP and text analytics, Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
Experience with frameworks/tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, MLflow, and Vector databases.
Experience with AI services on AWS, Azure AI Services, and Google Vertex AI.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, data pipelines, API integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders and business teams.
Experience leading global/distributed AI teams.
Strong problem-solving, innovation, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working in Agile delivery models.
Good to Have
Preferred certifications: AWS AI/ML Certifications, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
