Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and business-savvy Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique. As the face of Parallel 51, you will cultivate an inviting, premium store environment, drive sales growth, and champion our commitment to slow fashion. You aren't just managing operations; you are a lead stylist who understands the art of the capsule wardrobe and knows how to inspire both your team and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Leadership: Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring the space reflects our minimalist, premium brand aesthetic. Manage inventory, stock optimization, and visual merchandising in alignment with new collection launches.
The Ultimate Styling Experience: Lead by example on the floor, providing elevated, personalized styling consultations. Train the retail team on how to guide clients through building versatile capsule wardrobes and managing our "Try Before You Buy" (TBYB) at-home fitting services.
Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a small, high-performing team of retail associates. Foster a supportive, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
Community & Events: Act as a brand ambassador, helping coordinate in-store styling events, private shopping sessions, and localized community activations to deepen client loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably within contemporary women’s fashion, boutique retail, or premium lifestyle brands.
Styling Savvy: A strong eye for visual merchandising and a genuine passion for personal styling, capsule wardrobing, and conscious fashion.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate a team, delegate effectively, and maintain high standards of customer service.
Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with experience managing POS systems, inventory tracking, and retail KPIs.
Communication: Fluent in English to seamlessly connect with our diverse local and international community.
Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
