A Presales Manager will lead technical sales for our Smart Building platform (OCEAN Intelligence Platform) and our ESG platform for carbon accounting from IT assets. The role focuses on translating complex OT/IT integration and sustainability requirements into compelling technical solutions and building a presales practice for enterprise and government clients across Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical presales for the OCEAN Intelligence smart building platform and the ESG/carbon accounting platform.

Design and present integration architectures spanning BMS, chillers, UPS, gensets and IoT sensor networks.

Translate client sustainability and energy-efficiency requirements into solution designs and business cases.

Deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts and technical workshops to CIOs, Facility/Energy Managers and Sustainability leads.

Partner with sales to scope RFP/RFI responses and proposal documentation.

Manage and mentor a team of presales/solution consultants.

Stay current on BMS/IBMS standards (BACnet, Modbus, KNX) and ESG reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol, GRESB, CSRD).

Preferred experience:

8–12+ years in presales/solution consulting within OT, building automation or smart infrastructure industries.

Hands-on experience with BMS/IBMS integration - chillers, UPS, gensets, IoT sensors, HVAC controls.

Background from OT-centric organizations such as Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell or similar.

Working knowledge of ESG/carbon accounting platforms and frameworks (Scope 1/2/3, GHG Protocol) is a plus.

Strong client-facing and presentation skills; comfortable engaging Facility/Energy Managers, CIOs and Sustainability leaders.

Prior people-management or team-lead experience preferred, given the Manager scope of this role.
