Description:

Responsibilities

Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to understand business needs, operational processes, and system requirements.

Lead requirements elicitation activities such as workshops, interviews, walkthroughs, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear, structured, and comprehensive requirements documentation.

Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.

Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes or system enhancements.

Translate technical concepts and solution designs into business-friendly language to ensure alignment and clarity across stakeholders.

Manage, maintain, and track requirements, including changes, dependencies, assumptions, and traceability.

Assist in testing activities, including test scenario preparation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support, defect clarification.

Participate in solution walkthroughs, design reviews, and implementation discussions.

Prepare, maintain, and update project-related documentation.

Qualifications

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system implementation projects.

Experience in business process analysis, data modelling, and process mapping.

Proven experience working and managing stakeholder experience with multiple user groups and external vendors.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify risks or issues early.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with biometric and access control system will be advantageous
