Responsibilities

Collaborate with development and QA teams to define and implement test strategies

Design, develop and execute automated tests using Selenium or Cypress

Enhance automation frameworks for improved coverage and reliability

Perform API testing and analyze test results to provide actionable insights

Maintain testing governance frameworks and conduct regular audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements

Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating relevant industry tools and practices based on current trends

Requirements

Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and governance

Hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium or Cypress

Proficiency in Python or JavaScript

Experience with web technologies including HTML and CSS

Familiarity with version control using Git and continuous integration tools like Jenkins

Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive API testing

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker

Ability to develop and maintain practical testing artefacts and standards
