GreenDot Biopak Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of compostable and sustainable packaging solutions, dedicated to delivering eco-friendly products that meet the highest quality standards. As our operations continue to grow across India, we are looking for a proactive and experienced Logistics Executive to efficiently manage transportation, supply chain operations, and nationwide dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate Pan India dispatches to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
Manage transportation, freight, and logistics partners for smooth movement of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, and Dispatch teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Monitor vehicle movement, shipment status, and delivery schedules while resolving logistics issues promptly.
Optimize transportation costs and improve logistics efficiency through effective planning.
Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including E-Way Bills, LR copies, invoices, delivery challans, and transporter records.
Maintain accurate logistics transactions and shipment records in ERP and other logistics software.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and customers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Monitor logistics KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and support management with data analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and documentation requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2–5 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Dispatch Management within a manufacturing environment.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Expertise: Logistics Planning, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Coordination, Inventory Movement, and ERP systems.
Software Skills: Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, MS Office, and logistics management tools.
Skills: Strong analytical ability, planning, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Travel & Coordination: Ability to coordinate Pan India logistics operations and maintain strong relationships with transporters and business partners.
