This position will see you collaborating as part of a team to support reaching the store sales targets while providing excellent customer service and undertaking other retail and administrative responsibilities.
What you'll be doing:
Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check
Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
Explain hearing results (training provided) and recommend the next steps
Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication
Contributing to store targets and KPIs.
Customer database administration (Basic Word/Excel/Outlook)
Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
Roaster Information: 24 hrs per/ week
Week 1 + Week 2
; Tuesday 10:30 am -4:00 pm - Negotiable for another day if needed
; Wednesday 9:00 am-5.30 pm - Negotiable for another day if needed
; Thursday 1:00 pm-7:00 pm - Non-Negotiable
; Sunday 10:00 am- 4:00 pm - Non-Negotiable
What We Are Seeking:
A self-starter with a `can-do' attitude
A great communicator (both written and verbal) to support our team and customers
An outgoing, bright and vibrant personality where you are comfortable engaging with our customers to partake in a free hearing screen
Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and late-night trade
