We're looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support a variety of HR and office operations that keep our business running smoothly and help create an exceptional employee experience. From recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, benefits administration, and day-to-day HR operations, you'll play an important role in supporting our people throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and HR documentation.

Prepare employment letters, agreements, and other HR correspondence.

Support HR compliance initiatives, including policy administration and mandatory training.

Coordinate employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, vendor coordination, facility requests, and maintaining a well-organized workplace.

Assist with corporate travel coordination, expense administration, and travel policy compliance.

Provide exceptional HR support to employees and managers while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Assist with additional HR, office, and administrative duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of Human Resources experience.

Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
