Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

SAFe Ceremony Facilitation: Lead and facilitate PI (Program Increment) Planning,

daily stand-ups, team demos, and retrospectives.

Agile Coaching: Coach team members, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe,

Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

SAP/Technical Alignment: Coordinate technical, functional, and data engineering

dependencies within the SAP landscape (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, BTP, ECC).

Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure consistent

sprint execution and delivery.

Metrics & Reporting: Monitor team velocity, PI objectives, and software engineering

metrics to report on progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

5+ years of experience with Scrum, specifically within software engineering lifecycles.

ERP) is often preferred.

Certifications: SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certifications are highly valued.

Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 Per Annum
