Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

HR analysts are responsible for identifying and assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the projects management and objectives.

Working with the HR & IT team to implement projects that improve the business process solving gaps of efficiencies & efectivness

Communicating with customers where necessary and helping with trouble shooting and any client business needs

Creating and delivering specialised presentations and training on the related topics across the projects that they support

Providing advice and support to departments, regarding UKG Time & Attendances platform, Change Management, Global Control Standard, Variable Pay & Analytics.

Analysing, Maping & documentation the requirements of improvements in the projects that they work

It’s to contribute on the development; implementation and align of the new Operating HR Ops Kronos Model in PepsiCo International

Your Impact

Assure the implementation of projects related to HR & Supply Chain areas such as: UKG Time & Attendance, beqom Supply Chain Variable Pay, Cafeteria Services, Analytics for all (Business, Directors, Managers & People)

Support the project implementation following PMO methodology, change management, global control standard, Test & Training

Conduct pre-deployment testing to identify and address potential issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of deployed systems.

Maintain detailed deployment documentation, including configuration settings, release notes, and change logs.

Provide clear and timely communication to stakeholders regarding deployment progress, status, and potential risks.

Participate in post-deployment reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for process improvement.

Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of new software and systems into the existing environment.

Oversee the Hypercare phase, providing immediate support and rapid issue resolution post-deployment.

Address user feedback and concerns during this critical period.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

English professional business speaking and written skills

Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data handling)

1–3 years of experience in HR or data-related roles

Desired knowledge in workforce management tools (UKG PRO, Kronos...)

Communications, Negotiation & Influence

Capable to work under pressure and uncertainty

High level of confidentiality

Internal consultancy skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Looks ahead to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles

Supports reasonable risk taking and allows for some failures along the way

Succeeding in virtual communities
