Business Controller
About the role
Lead end-to-end business controlling activities of AMC business: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking
Act as a finance business partner to AMC business, sales, marketing and supply chain heads
Drive gross margin improvement and cost efficiency projects across AMC business
Analyze pricing, promotions, trade spends, and product profitability.
Monitors and co-steer discounts of AMC business.
Provides independent & objective information to ensure systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives of AMC business
Support strategic planning and investment decisions of AMC business.
Ensure compliance with corporate governance, internal controls, and various corporate standards released by Henkel
Provide insights for innovation business cases and product portfolio optimization of AMC business
Drives continuous improvement in CO relevant concepts, processes and tools across SBU’s
Drive Finance projects/cross SBU projects and various initiatives
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience of 7-12 Years coming from a Manufacturing background
