Job Overview
Katyayani Organics is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive with proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, stakeholder management, and strong negotiation and candidate-closing skills. Experience in hospitality recruitment and HR compliances will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
Source, screen, interview, and close candidates.
Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Support onboarding and recruitment documentation.
Requirements
2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with free job portals like LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates based in Bhopal or those who can join immediately.
